Below you will find various recipes for soups, dishes, deserts and medicine. We eat a plant-based diet, so all of our recipes will be using predominately whole foods, plant-based, and 100% vegan friendly! We do use local, raw, responsibly harvested honey from our good friends, for the immense health benefits it offers. We use lots of food grown from our own vegetable garden, but whenever it is not, it is always organic, non-GMO and untainted by any nasty chemicals.
